About the Conference
This year’s 2025 annual Kingdom Leadership Conference, formerly known as WCCCC’s Winter Conference, is a 5-day gathering designed to equip, challenge, and inspire leaders to rise up and serve faithfully in God’s Kingdom. The conference’s theme this year is ‘Rise, Stand On Your Feet’ (Acts 26.16), the call that God gave to Saul of Tarsus on the road to Damascus.

Our inductive Bible study will go through the entire Book of Jonah in three sessions, discovering what it means to respond to God’s call with courage, obedience, and renewed faith.
Keynote Speaker: Dennis Schreiber
A gifted teacher and police chaplain, and lead pastor at Bethany Church, Alhambra, California, the Rev. Dennis Schreiber will guide us through the theme ‘Rise, Stand on Your Feet’ with biblical depth and practical wisdom, equipping us to stand firm in our calling as leaders in God’s kingdom.
Why Attend?
Our Mission
At W4C, our heart is to raise up faithful leaders for God’s Kingdom. We seek to:
- Challenge believers to grow beyond their comfort zones,
- Train disciples to live and lead with integrity and skill, and
- Broaden perspectives so that leaders may love and serve people of every culture.
We believe in following Jesus wholeheartedly, studying his holy word, living it out, and helping others grow in love for him. Our calling is to equip leaders who will stand firm in faith, act with integrity, and bring hope to the world, even in the face of trials.
Whether you’re a student, a young professional, or an experienced laborer for the Lord, this conference will provide biblical teaching, fellowship, and renewal for the year ahead.
